All services are subject to availability and confirmation by us. We specialize in private experiences, meaning the vehicle and guide are exclusively for your group.

3. Bookings, Payments, and Confirmations

  • Booking Process: Bookings can be requested through our website forms or by direct communication via WhatsApp or email. A booking is not confirmed until you receive an official confirmation message from us.
  • Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for providing accurate information at the time of booking, including your full name, number of passengers, correct flight numbers, and pickup/drop-off locations. We are not liable for any issues arising from incorrect information provided by you.
  • Payment: Payment is typically made in cash (USD or Dominican Pesos) to the driver or guide on the day of the service, unless another payment arrangement has been agreed upon in advance.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

We understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is detailed on our Cancellation Policy page. By booking with us, you agree to the terms set forth on that page.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Punctuality: You are expected to be ready at the designated pickup location at the scheduled time. Our drivers will wait for a reasonable grace period, after which you may be considered a no-show.
  • Safety: You agree to follow all safety instructions provided by our guides and drivers. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who behaves in a manner that is disruptive or unsafe.
  • Personal Belongings: You are solely responsible for your personal belongings. We are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

6. Limitation of Liability

Santiago Transfer Tours is committed to providing safe and reliable services. However, we act only as an agent for our clients and do not assume liability for injury, damage, loss, accident, or delay caused by any defect in a vehicle or by the actions of any third party.
