Booking & Payment
The easiest way to book is by filling out the inquiry form on our "Contact Us" page. You can also send us a direct message on WhatsApp for a faster response. We will confirm availability and send you a confirmation message.
We offer flexible payment options. You can pay in cash (USD or Dominican Pesos) on the day of your tour or transfer. We are also working to implement online payment methods soon for your convenience.
We understand that plans can change. We offer a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled tour or transfer. For cancellations within 48 hours, please contact us to discuss available options.
Tours & Transfers
Your driver will be waiting for you outside the arrivals terminal holding a sign with your name on it. We will also be in contact via WhatsApp to ensure a smooth and easy meeting process.
Don't worry! We track all incoming flights. Your driver will be aware of any delays and will adjust the pickup time accordingly. We will be there to greet you when you land, no matter what.
Most of our tour prices include round-trip transportation from your hotel, a professional local guide, all entrance fees to parks or attractions, and bottled water. Specific inclusions for each tour are listed on their respective pages. Lunch is included on full-day excursions like Paradise Island.
We generally recommend bringing sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, a camera, and comfortable walking shoes. For water-based tours, you should bring a swimsuit, a towel, and water shoes. It's also a good idea to bring some cash for souvenirs or tips.
