You can book a transfer easily through our website. Simply go to the "Transfers" section, select your airport, fill out the booking form with your flight details and destination, and we will confirm your reservation via WhatsApp or email.

We offer a full refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour or transfer. Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable. For more details, please visit our Cancellation Policy page.

We specialize in private tours and transfers to provide a personalized and comfortable experience for you and your group. This means the vehicle and guide are exclusively for you, allowing for greater flexibility.

For both Taino Bay and Amber Cove ports, our guide will be waiting for you just outside the main port exit, holding a sign with your name on it. We will send you detailed instructions and a map upon confirmation.

We recommend bringing comfortable clothing, sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, and a camera. For water-based tours like Paradise Island or river trips, you should also bring a swimsuit, a towel, and water shoes. Specific recommendations are listed on each tour's page.
